We require all applicants to
submit an application, and to be interviewed by the Director of Education, and
at least one board member. All staff have been fingerprinted by the state of New
Jersey, undergone a Child Abuse, and Criminal Background check, have a negative
TB test, and a physical exam on record. Each year we begin with a staff training
session, and we require all staff to complete at least 8 hours of professional
development throughout the year.
Selection and maintenance of personnel of the highest caliber is
our major priority. In order to retain these qualified professionals, salaries
must be competitive and regularly upgraded. We make every effort to maintain
reasonable tuition fees while at the same time compensating our teaching staff
for their excellent performance.
