Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition must be paid weekly.
Please pay your balance by Friday.

If you neglect to pay your
tuition on time, your child may not attend until your balance is taken
care of.

No credit will be given for
absences, and 2 weeks notice must be given for vacation time if you wish
to be credited. You will only be credited for up to two weeks
of vacation time.
Activity Fees
Activity fees are charged per child (without sibling discount) to cover
the costs of the camp tee-shirt, trip entrance fees, crafts, and
transportation.
Your personal Activity Fee will be calculated according to your weekly
schedule and the vacation dates you submit prior to the summer.
The first half of your Activity Fee will be due before camp starts, and you
may pay the second half by July 20.
You must submit vacation time prior to
Summer Camp,
if your wish to be credited your Activity Fees.
